WATERGATE POOL
Watergate Pool is located right on Bolongo Bay Beach on the eastern edge of Coculus Point. This is a great pool for families with convenient access to the beach.
GARDEN POOLS
Garden Pool is located in the middle of the RPV property close to all units. With umbrellas and plenty of lounge chairs, Garden Pool is a serene place to catch some mid-day sun… or a nap.
SEACLIFF POOL
Newly restored Sea Cliff Pool is on the Southwest side of the property. The spectacular sunsets provide the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening dip.
Courts
Play basketball, pickleball, and tennis any time.

These well-maintained courts were recently renovated. Starting every morning you can hear balls bouncing amidst the chatter of friendly competition throughout the courtyard gardens.

RPV Ambassador’s club was created as an exclusive retreat for unit owners. It’s wonderful for large community events, but also a ideal for everyday lounging. We’ve also recently added a versatile fitness room if lounging isn’t on your agenda.
