We love our island neighborhood and our owner association ensures our long-term owners remain the priority.
There are no corporate interests on our board. We’re just neighbors working hard to maintain an equitable living experience and improve our communal property values.
The owner association sets forth goals and regulations which are pursued and upheld on a daily basis by our live-in General Manager. Our GM does not serve on the Executive Council. This allows our GM to work independently and efficiently to achieve directives from the Executive Council.
The result is truly a community-run property, in stark contrast to other oceanic properties where owners may never meet amidst the perpetual revolving door of Air BNBers.
